The Problem
Juggling 5+ Claude Code instances simultaneously. Four terminal windows, each with 3-4 tmux panes. Chaos was real.
Agent Hand
Built Agent Hand — a Rust-powered TUI that shows at a glance which sessions need attention, with instant priority jumping.
WakeUpMac
Scratching our own itch: Mac kept sleeping mid-agent-run. Built WakeUpMac — a tiny menu bar app that keeps your Mac awake, lid closed or not.
ServiceHub
Managing local dev services and AI agents was fragmented. Built ServiceHub — a menu bar service manager with A2A protocol support.
The Vision
Building the full AI-native development environment on top of Agent Hand. An IDE where agents orchestrate agents.
The Real Story
In early 2025, we were juggling 5+ Claude Code instances simultaneously for different projects. The chaos was real:
- •Four terminal windows, each with 3-4 tmux panes
- •"Did I already respond to that prompt?"
- •"Which Claude is working on which task?"
- •Wasting 10+ minutes just finding the right session
So we built Agent Hand — a Rust-powered TUI that shows you at a glance which sessions need attention, and lets you jump instantly to the most urgent one.
